EASY HONEY OATMEAL

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups water 
- 1 cup milk 
- 1 cup steel cut oats 
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp butter 
- 2 tbsp honey 
- fruit 
- granola 
Directions:
- Over medium to high heat, add milk and water to a sauce pan and bring to boil. 
- Once boiling, add oats and salt. 
- Return the mixture to a steady boil, then immediately reduce the heat to low and let simmer. 
- Let oats simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally (the time depends on how thick and creamy you want your oats). 
- Add butter, stir in, and then let sit for a few minutes to thicken. 
- Remove from stove and add oatmeal to a bowl. 
- Top with fresh honey, granola, and fruit. 
- Enjoy!
