SCRAMBLED EGG WHITES PROTEIN PLATE

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup egg whites 
- 1/2 an avocado 
- breakfast potatoes 
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced 
- 2 slices of turkey bacon 
- salt 
- pepper 
- Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel 
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium to high heat, pour egg whites. 
- Sprinkle egg whites with a dash of salt n pepper. 
- As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula. 
- Continue cooking until there is no liquid remaining. 
- In a microwave, cook turkey bacon. 
- Slice avocado and tomatoes. 
- On a plate add: egg whites, tomatoes, turkey bacon, avocado, and breakfast potatoes. 
- Sprinkle avocado slices and the egg whites with everything but the bagel seasoning. 
- Enjoy!
