BANANA SWIRL BREAD
*vegan, dairy-free, gluten free friendly

Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup honey or agave
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp applesauce
2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cocoa powder
chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix coconut sugar and honey or agave.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
In another bowl, move 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of the flour mixture into it and mix in the cocoa powder.
In your coconut sugar and honey/agave bowl, add in your mashed bananas and mix together. Then stir in almond milk, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla.
Evenly divide the wet ingredients into the two large dry ingredients bowls.
Scoop batter into a lined bread pan, creating a checker pattern with the cocoa powder batter and the regular batter.
When all the batter is used, swirl the checker pattern with a knife.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes then enjoy!
