HUMMUS
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and dried 
- 1 1/2 - 2 lemons, more to taste 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp pepper 
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin 
- 2 - 4 tbsp ice cold water, more as needed 
- 2 tsp garlic, more to taste 
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp oilive oil 
- tahini, amount varies based on desired consistency 
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry chickpeas. 
- Add chickpeas to food processor. 
- Pulse till slightly blended. 
- Slowly add lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, water, and olive oil. 
- Blend until desired consistency. 
- Plate or serve in bowl. 
- Garnish with desired toppings: lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, or even the Good Bean Snack's dry chickpeas for a great crunch! 
Notes:
*The best thing about this recipe is you can cater to your own preferences! If you want a smoother consistency, add more tahini. If you want more of a lemony taste, add more lemon... ect.
