CHOCOLATE BROWNIE MUG CAKE

*vegan, dairy-free

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 1 mins | Total Time: 6 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2-3 tbsp applesauce

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a microwaveable dish, add all your ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and stir until well combined.

  2. Top with chocolate chips.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute or until fully cooked.

  4. Topped with desired toppings (I added almond butter, coconut shavings, and collagen m&m’s)

  5. Enjoy!
