GNOCCHI BREAD BOWL
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 package of gnocchi 
- Preferred sauce - I used Marinara, but you can use any! 
- 1/4-1/2 cup parm 
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup mozzarella 
- Bread 
Directions:
- In a pot, boil water and add gnocchi. 
- While gnocchi is cooking, add marinara sauce (or your preferred sauce) to a large skillet over medium heat. 
- Once warm, sprinkle in parm and mix until well combined. 
- When gnocchi is cooked, add gnocchi to the skillet and coat with sauce. 
- Cut a large hole in your bread. 
- Remove the inside of the bread and form a hole in the middle. 
- Pour the gnocchi into your bread bowl. 
- Cover the top of the pasta with shredded mozzarella. Be generous with the cheese. 
- Place the bread bowl in the oven, broil until the cheese is melted and brown. 
- Enjoy!
